We are Mélanie and Léopold, two hospitality enthusiasts trained at Vatel Mauritius. After obtaining our MBA and several years in the private concierge business, we wanted to create our own service : more human, closer to our guests and 100% dedicated to the art of entertaining and customer satisfaction.

+ Property Care
We make regular visits to your property to check its condition. After each visit, you will receive a detailed report with photos and videos.
No, property care also includes maintenance checks, such as checking equipment, making sure there is no damage, supervising staff or work in progress and carrying out minor repairs if necessary.
+ Rental Management
We take care of the entire management of your property, so that you can rent with complete peace of mind. Our all-in-one package includes :
- Putting your property up for rent : drafting and distributing attractive advertisements, professional photos, visits, rigorous tenant selection.
- Administrative and financial management : monitoring of rental income, regular reporting.
- Upkeep and maintenance : coordination of service providers to ensure the property is clean, regularly maintained and has a long life.
- Emergency response : rapid management of incidents or requests from tenants.
- Contractual framework : we draw up contracts directly with tenants, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We take care of everything, from managing bookings to welcoming travelers, including maintenance and cleaning. You don’t have to do anything except enjoy the income generated.
All travelers are checked via secure platforms such as Airbnb and Booking. In addition, a systematic deposit is required for each booking to protect your property.
We charge a 25% commission on the net income generated, which is the income after the commission charged by platforms such as Airbnb. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges.
