How does it work in practice?

We'll talk to you about your property, your expectations and your availability. We will then offer you a personalised estimate of your income, working together to define the optimum rate for the night, taking into account your property, demand and market opportunities.
2. Preparing your accommodation
We provide you with a complete checklist for equipping your accommodation (linen, crockery, access, etc.). Then we organise the professional photo shoot, write the advert and put it online.
3. Launch of bookings
Once your property is ready, we put it on line with an appropriate pricing strategy. We manage the first requests and ensure a smooth start.
4. Complete management of your stay
From the arrival of the travelers to the restoration of the accommodation, we take care of everything, without you having to intervene.

Our all-inclusive package is billed at 25% of net rental income (i.e. after commission from platforms like Airbnb).
